labelmiraclestudioapps - is seeking a Manager, Solutions to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will support and manage a diverse roster of global clients, working closely with label partners to develop artists, promote content, and ensure an exceptional client experience. We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for the independent music industry, in-depth knowledge of digital distribution platforms, release requirements, and retail opportunities, along with solid technical capabilities. This position requires proactive problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a true love for music across genres. What You’ll Do Office-first position, working onsite 4 days per week. Manage daily relationships with distributed label and artist clients. 

 

Oversee priority release campaigns from planning to post-release analysis, collaborating with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and data analytics. Handle digital and physical product logistics, ensuring timely delivery that meets required specifications via Miracle Studio’s technology systems, while coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and inventory management for physical releases. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (finance, marketing, legal, management), representing label interests within the organization. Drive adoption of Label Miracle Studio Apps’ tools and services across the client base. Serve as a central point of contact for all operational inquiries, defining and refining internal processes and procedures. Provide clear, solution-oriented responses to client and internal queries. Manage high volumes of client needs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. 

 

Who You Are 3+ years of experience within a record label, distribution company, or related industry role working directly with labels or artists. 1–2 years of Zendesk experience preferred. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship management skills. Knowledge of digital music platforms, best practices, and physical retail opportunities. Patient, empathetic, and professional in client interactions. A resourceful and proactive problem solver with strong initiative. Highly organized multitasker with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
