About the Role
Join our Client Support team to provide technical and content support for music distribution clients. This mid-level position offers excellent growth opportunities in music technology and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and digital service providers
- Provide email support via Zendesk ticketing system
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical and content-related issues
- Quality check, edit, and research musical releases
- Create support documentation and training guides
- Test software improvements and bug fixes
- Collaborate with development teams on product feedback
- Escalate issues and communicate with global teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing role at a (music) tech company
- Passion for music and online music industry knowledge
- Data-driven with analytical problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Tech-savvy with desire to develop new skills
- Organized multitasker comfortable with agile processes
- Team player with international communication skills
Preferred
- Fluency in other languages (Mandarin, German)
- Experience with Zoho or similar support platforms
- Knowledge of music metadata and distribution workflows
